helps when i later have to use it myself
@enkiv2 in this particular case it's mostly about finding the edge cases you could get into when not really knowing what you're doing
clicking random thing is how i usually learn to use new interface lol

Fair enough.
I do it too, but always with the assumption that things can be undone. If that assumption is false then there are bigger ramifications to exploration.

"Should be usable by both geniuses and dumbasses" is my rule of thumb: anybody should be able to do the simple stuff but the difficulty curve shouldn't ever become Mt Everest.
"User is a dumbass" often is treated as license to remove functionality that requires planning or memory (i.e., the useful stuff).
