@shadowfirebird It's not meant to affect the burden of proof, says the article, so it might not impact things that much? π€ If neither party can remember what happened then judgement will be made based on other factors. In situations where all things are equal (and no one can remember any of it), I imagine that it wouldn't even get to court maybe?
