There's Github drama, so I'm daydreaming.
An instance with a silly portmanteau name like... mastocracy.social.
There are member slots to fill. 3 trans people, 3 women, 3 people of colour, 3 people over 50, 3 people who don't code at all... etc. etc.
Each time there is a front-end feature to add (like trending tags), it's added to the instance. The members use it for a few days and then vote on whether it's a good idea. The result is then anonymously posted on the Github pull request.
