If you put #nsfw in your tweets with images, when they crosspost to Mastodon the images/videos will be marked sensitive and hidden automatically!
This also works on Mastodon posts generally - any toot containing #nsfw will have its media hidden, no matter how it was posted to Mastodon.
(I just found that out!)
