not sure why #amaroq often has trouble uploading images to #octodon :( "Media upload failure." maybe i'll hook up the debugger and take a look... but not this moment

@bunnyhero I've found that if they're old images in iCloud, they won't be downloaded locally. First open the photo in Photos, click edit, cancel edit, then retry the upload.
